First: A very nice photo!
To the composition: Good use of the rule of thirds - Maybe a little too much foreground and too little sky. The shadow of the ice block forms a beautiful angle with the ice block, as does the "water-free" part behind the ice block. Everything is very dynamic.
To the Technique: Frequently, I see very long or a very short exposure times with such photos. Here the slightly extended exposure time with the seemingly too little foreground produces the tension. But the lights could be a little more lighter.
Finally: I would hang it on the wall.
